Econo Lodge Vero Beach - Downtown

I booked 3 rooms for a wedding we were attending on 2/14/26, got checked in, went to 2 of the 3 rooms that were ready, room 1 smelled like something died. room 2 had (BED BUGS). we immediately took pictures and notified the front desk. Priceline has been back and forth with the hotel, and they are refusing to give me a refund. here we are 3/9/26 they never even offered me other rooms that will be the last time I ever book a choice hotel or use Priceline. WHO WANTS TO STAY AT A HOTEL WITH BED BUGS

The room was nice with comfy enough beds. The bathroom seemed liked it was overlooked when the room was renovated. There was also an ironing board in the room that we wouldn’t even touch because of how stained it was. Breakfast was also just gas station snacks and cereal. We paid $100 for the night and were disappointed with the quality of the hotel when considering how much we paid for it.

DIRTY!!! Please just don't! Don't wasted your time or money...... was the absolutely WORST experience my husband an I have even been in. Don't want your time to wasted like ours....... This hotel needs to be reported to the board of heath, I seriously do not know how this place is even in business! The word Dirty is being to nice! Absolutely shameful, never should have been dirty to that degree, an then us being put in it!!! Customer service is horrible, an here's the kicker the man whom checked us in was the owner! (At least that night ) Stay well friends ...just dont stay there.☮️

This is by and far one of the most unsatisfactory stays I have had since I stayed at this location 2 years ago. I try to visit family in Vero Beach, FL once every January for a reunion. But was unable to make it last year. The year before when I stayed at this hotel, I had to move rooms 3 times until staff could place me in a room with a functioning air conditioner (it's in the 80's in FL in Jan...). This year... none of the lamps, refrigerator or microwave were plugged in. When attempting to do so myself... half the outlets didn't work. I made the unfortunate mistake of opening the refrigerator before checking to see if it was operable... it was covered in black mold on the inside and smelt terrible. All this for $137.00 / night... which is absolute BS. This is easily a $70 /

We walked in this hotel at after midnight ,because we got scammed at another hotel. It was a long night to say the lease but we walked in and the owner has there he was so kind and knew my husband grandbaby and I were just exhausted her told us to some sleep. This is a older hotel but to me I'd rather stay where owners and crew are respectful When we come back down they will be were I stay
