Customer Reviews
Pros) Location - 25 minutes from Bryce, I love the Panguitch area. Staff - really friendly, always available and helped me out with everything I asked for. Bedroom area seemed clean and beds seemed good - major plus. TV, fixtures, outlets, fridge all working order. Cons) Bathroom sinks, counters, walls, shower area, shower window sill - all weren't very clean. Just needed a quick wipe down to remove film, grime, ceiling mold / bugs, toothpaste/ soap scum. Also haphazard painting job in bathroom areas. Could really use a quick go over with a scraper to remove paint flecks, and maybe a roller to paint in shower window area. Shower head is at neck height (5'10") Breakfast had waffle bar, toast, 2 cereals, juice/milk/coffee. That's definitely better than nothing, but I paid a lot more for this
Positive: Location Negative: Heater was unpredictable, blew cold air during the night. Breakfast was not gluten friendly. Add some protein like eggs or sausage, bread for toasting or yogurt and a verity of fresh fruit. Apples were available.
We were traveling so we decided to stop and spend the night. The rates were fair. Check in was easy and pets are allowed for 15 bucks plus tax. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable enough. Shower had plenty of hot water. Door was weird as it did not meet the locking side of the door jam. It locked but you could see day light for about three feet in length. Rm # 119 if you want to know. I can't say we will be back but all in all it worked for one night.
You get what you pay for. This is a low cost place to stay that was clean and close to cool places. The hot tub was not working, which was a huge reason we booked, the bathroom fan was very noisy, the breakfast has no fresh fruit or yogurt and is super carb heavy. The beds are not comfortable. All in all it was a good place for a few nights.
Not a great experience. They cut corners and cheap out on everything. Room and bathroom were not clean. Room was overall in rough shape. “Complementary breakfast” included cereal or a waffle. Nothing else. Wouldn’t pick this place again.
