Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Warsaw

The facility is run down badly ! The Floors are loose and noisy , no continental Breakfast, fruit or snacks, cold coffee, attendant away from front desk checking in and checking out. Phone number to call if you need service! Several things in the room I was placed that were either damaged or missing. Have photos of discrepancies if like I can provide to an email! I feel like I was way overcharged for my stay with all the inconsitiences mentioned! Worst Choice Privileges stay I have encountered!

Upon arrival, this place looks nothing like the pictures bc they're doing some renovations. Their EconoLodge signs are not in their frames and the parking lot was empty making the place appear closed down. Lobby doors did slide open as I approached which was the first sign of being open for operation that I had seen. Lobby was nice enough. The other reviews sending that the floor tiles were loose were a bit misleading. They have laid new faux hardwood That's part of their renovations. However, whoever installed them didn't use the proper amount of glue or something so they are not sticking well. This gives a weird feel while walking on them. Positive: "" Negative: Worst hotel experience of my life. Checked reviews afte my stay there. In over 1 1/2 yrs nothing has changed. The WORST was an open sewer ling\e that was discharging. (I thing this is a violation of NC Health Department standards and could be fined.

Could not escape the odor. Hallway floor is buckling. Towel was dirty. No toilet paper. Room floor was dirty. Front desk lady was nice.

When i checked in and went to my room I was greeted with water on the floor from the mini fridge there was urin at the bottom of the toilet there was hair all on the tub and the hand towels the regular towels had been so worn that there was bald spots in them there was soap scum all over the sink and the mirror was nasty. If it wasn't for the fact that I was on a limited budget I would have canceled my reservation and stayed somewhere else. There was spots all down the hallway from leaking trash that was there the entire 3 days I was there. One room put their trash out by the door and left it there for 2 days. The AC unit filter was so nasty that it made the unit leak water all under the unit on the floor. When we informed the front desk of the water and we had to use towels the next day w
