Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Canandaigua - Fingers Lake Area

Good value hotel that's within 15-20 minutes from Bristol mountain. Rooms are clean, service is good, and you can have a little free continental breakfast before you head out. If you're not picky, I'd definitely recommend.

I arrived at the motel fairly late in the evening. The service was very polite and helpful. The room was comfortable. The only problem was that I could not figure out how to completely operate the T.V. so I could watch things like the news; however my stay there was so brief that it didn't really matter.

Update: The ONLY thing I have to complain about, is that there's a whole fruit fly nest inside of the flood drain in the bathroom sink...I thought I had killed them, but they won't stop coming out..and I can't enjoy my dinner. But I'll probably be saying something and they'll most likely take care of it. I honestly don't have much to complain about!! First time ever renting a hotel room. And I wasn't disappointed! I booked this for three days, and last night was the first night here. Bed is suuuper comfortable. I slept wonderfully. Better than I have in over three weeks. Water pressure in the shower was nice. Positive: The location was perfect. Negative: The door handle didn't turn properly, so the manager had to come and apply extra force to get the door open. Even worse was finding dead bugs on the floor in the morning. The breakfast offerings were slim. Yogurt still in store case.

Literally just left this hotel after one night stay. There were many bugs in my room overnight and one landed on my face! This happened at 330am and by 4am I had already booked another hotel. After work I went to inform the manager that I would not be staying another night and when he went to credit me he saw I booked through another service and said I needed to contact them. I got my stuff and left and called Chase immediately and then when they contacted him he denied that there were bugs! I killed almost 10 of them myself and he even stated to me that had I booked direct like another patron he would have credited me for the same issue.
