Econo Lodge Hendersonville

I was expecting a halfway decent breakfast and a clean room and I did not get that when I notified them they did offer to change my room, but we were already settled in with everything in our room. We had changed our clothes into pajamas, but we found tons of hair in the shower. When my friend went to takeoff her make up. She spilled water on the floor. She went to wipe it up with the wash rag and it came up black the breakfast consisted of orange juice muffin, some kind, a croissant coffee, two types of cereal, raisin bran and cinnamon toast crunch nothing I wanted you grits toast that was about it

The price to points were excellent 8000 points. The bed was comfortable and clean. the vanity and towels were very nice.The shower handles were a little less of quality and loose and down spout wall was rotted around, the shower head shaft was going in and out of the wall. Hot water worked well.Front desk was very nice and helpful. I would come back the little things was not a inconvienence and location was very good for me !

They obviously don't like business! I bought a room last night with no issue from a sweet girl who booked me in for one night, said I didn't have to pay a deposit because I was buying directly at the hotel and that tomorrow I could possibly pay for another night with cash once her drawer is fixed. This morning while trying to get another night, I was told that since the ice storm seemed to be over, they were no longer going to take in locals within 100 miles, (even though their driveway was so slick with icr my car rolled), don't take cash at all, and always enforce the $50 deposit rule despite you buying it at the counter. I've never heard such ridiculous and hostile rules for a hotel stay, and the older lady was smirking behind the counter not even looking me in the eye saying it. I wish

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the decor of our room (the paint color of the walls was beautiful), and the comfort of the bed. We had been concerned that it would be noisy as there were work crews staying there but there were no problems. Good location. As Econo Lodge is less expensive than many other hotels, we didn't expect there to be the extras...tissues, hair blower, etc. Lots of channels on the TV as well.

I visited this hotel from Wednesday through Friday Thanksgiving week 2025. The hotel itself wasn't bad for the price. They had a half decent breakfast spread including waffle maker and the room was clean and fairly comfortable. On Thursday night when I get back to my room I called the front desk to get a late check out. This should have given me until noon to check out. I woke up at 11:00 and started getting myself ready and packing up. I was in the bathroom when I hear banging on the front door about 20 after 11:00 with someone screaming that I need to check out now. About 5 minutes later it starts again but this time I'm right at the front door. I open it up and there's an elderly gentleman start screaming at me again that I'm supposed to be checked out already that check out time was 11
