I stayed here once.I will say the staff is very courteous and helpful.I must talk about the rooms being 100$ + 35$ for a early check in! I feel like they're severely overpriced.I had a room booked a king it was changed to a double upon arrival the door lock was broken wrecked of marijuana.i had to pay 4$ for an air freshener 😆,then they moved me to another room which the bed was sunk in and the microwave was dirty! and baby roaches were present.I also noticed a hole in the ceiling above bed AC blew like fan,no in room coffee.I believe a reno I due and they don't honor the AARP discount as stated online I won't be back!.

The Staff Is Professional & Courteous, The Rooms Are Neat & Clean And I’m Treated With Respect Each & Every Time I Stay There.

Positive: It was convenient close to everything. In walking distance even bus to downtown. Negative: Front desk should verbally tell you final price before swipe. Continual breakfast for the price, since there's No pool.

Nice place off highway close to bus station. Manager was very helpful and recommended the bus instead of driving and parking to enjoy Fat Tuesday. Enjoyed talking with him while having coffee.

Booked here in August for Mardi Gras due to the decent pricing and what seemed like a close enough distance to festivities. The pictures make this place was better than it is. When we arrived 2/14/26, we went into the room to find bugs/mites everywhere including on the sheets, the pillows, etc. We immediately went back to the front desk and were offered another room. We checked out the other room and instantly saw more bugs all over the beds and pillows as well as cigarette burn marks all over the blankets. The front doors also don’t completely seal when you shut them, leaving a few centimeters open where anyone can see right into the room. Not safe and definitely gross. We packed our stuff up and asked for a refund. Still waiting on the refund…
