Eastwood Motel Inn

I was greatful for a place to rest my head in a time we didn't have another place to go, however they force you to allow them to clean your room every other day and the one employee (the managers wife I believe) complains about cleaning your room explicitly every single time. They have construction right beside the place, and they asked us to borrow a vacuum from someone so we could vacuum by the front door to "help them out" with cleaning. The woman said we were nasty people for having dry mud by the front door after a tornado left outside a muddy mess. They wear the same gloves to clean all the rooms. From one bathroom to the next room changing your sheets. We also had to hunt down the cleaning cart because they took our febreeze from the room and simply said, well, don't leave it in the

I didn’t used to think about giving a full 5 star rating until last night, my boyfriend and I stayed 10 minutes up the way at the Super 8... we found ourselves in a very serious situation at the Super 8 & actually realized how much we wished we had stayed at the Eastwood again like we normally do. The Super 8, is a huge health risk along with the neighboring hotels next door (The Econolodge & The Days Inn). They’re beyond infested with cockroaches!! We payed $120.00 for 2 nights and didn’t stay the whole 2 nights. We were not given our refund. We found ourselves missing how nice the owners of the Eastwood are, how consistent they’re room service is, & how much cleaner they are there & how neat they keep the rooms... Me and my boyfriend will definitely continue to stay at the Eastwood now.

I just recently stayed there for almost a week the room was wasn't very clean there was dead bugs in the corner of the room and there were dead flys in the window sill. There was only less than half a roll of toilet paper and the towels had hair on them. Even after they cleaned the room there were always constant fruit flys in the room. Customer service is absolutely terrible the woman who owns the hotel and is one of the housekeepers will scream and yell at you literally and will threaten to call the cops on you for absolutely no reason. For example when I just stayed there she accused me of putting cat food bowls outside, I didn't and I didn't even know they were there. I was getting ready to pay for another night but I got told I had to leave within in a few minutes or she was going to

The location is great, very centrally located. Anything you may need in Kent or Ravenna, OH is only minutes away. The management is amazing, very kind and willing to help. It's very clean and well maintained. I'm big on bathroom cleanliness and the bathrooms and showers are extremely clean with like new shower curtains. They have flat screen televisions as well as digital cable television with a plethora of channels. They come and clean your room every other day and give you clean linens. My fiancee and I have had other experiences with motels in neighboring towns, and hands down, this motel is the absolute best that we have encountered. They do not put up with disruptive guests or guests that are loud and inappropriate. I very much appreciate that. I would recommend this motel to everyone
