East Rim Campground

Stayed here with my family during fall break. It is near the visitor center, having an easy access to overlooks and waterfalls. Newly renovated. Got everything you need. Highly recommended. Waterfalls trail is a bit challenging for kids, but well worth the effort. The gorge view is gorgeous at overlooks.

Newly renovated. Bath house clean. Water and heater good. Site more level than they used to be. New fire rings, picnic tables, and hanging post. Fresh gravel. Nice playground. Easy access to canyon and west rim loop.

Wonderful place to stay. The Camp Host were great and the place was very well kept. Sites are level, which is good for a state park. Lots of hiking and sightseeing plus a great little disc golf course, which I played several times and put a music video of it on my YouTube site @SoonerDiscGuy. Check it out!

It was more than I expected! I clicked the button and there it was! Like magic! Maybe one day I'll actually go there. Enjoy!

Recently refurbished campground. Most sites are flat gravel surface, with a few concrete pads for ADA sites (#53-54) near bathhouse. Every site has water & electric (50A/30A/20A), picnic table, fire pit w/cooking grate and charcoal grill. Laundry room has Wifi access as of 5/8/24 (see access credentials on router). We stayed as camphosts on site #55. Lovely area, close to canyon rim & trails.
