Eaglewood Resort & Spa

The staff is great. Yesterday we checked in for a fun multi-family one night stay so the kids could swim and bowl. The pool had to be shut down for the night due to an accident. The front desk was so kind and accommodating. Refunded all of our money. Can't wait to reschedule and go back. The pool area was very nice from what we say. The only downside is a strict no food policy everywhere, which is hard when you have little kids who like to snack or if we wanted to order pizzas and swim or bowl.

What s pleasant surprise! The Eaglewood resort was an excellent venue to attend a work conference. The property is older, but is well-maintained, has comfortable rooms with basic amenities and multiple conference room options with indoor and outdoor break areas overlooking the golf course. ||The hotel features a bar and large lobby area for welcoming groups and gathering and there are plenty of convenient restrooms throughout the property. ||In addition to an 18 hole golf course, there is a glow in the dark putting area, perfect for a fun evening activity.||The food was absolutely delicious for every meal during our 5 day stay,||The property is located reasonably close to O’Hare and is easily accessible from the expressway. My family and I stayed at this hotel for the New Year’s Eve event. It was our first time there, and while it wasn’t bad, the rooms need a renovation and better cleaning. There was a thick layer of dust on the TV stand that was visible when I brushed my hand across it. The event itself was great value for money. However, I would suggest adding some games or activities for the kids after the magician and balloon artists finished. The marketing mentioned games, but I didn’t see any during the event. The food and drinks were good. It’s also crazy that you have to go outside to get to the pool, spa, and bowling alley. At least put a tunnel covering in place. It was freezing, and the kids were all wet from the pool.

I cannot recommend Eaglewood enough! After attending a wedding here a few years ago, we knew we wanted to consider this venue for ourselves. We had our wedding reception in the Red Oak Ballroom in July of 2025, and it turned out better than we could have imagined! All the spaces at Eaglewood are so beautiful! The golf course was a great setting for our bride and groom portraits, the ballroom was stunning, and our guests loved cocktail hour and taking photos at sunset in the outdoor space!
