Eagle Peak Lodge & RV Campground

We were driving from Grand Teton to Yellowstone and decided to stop here for a night — and honestly, it was such a great surprise. The place is spotless and clearly well cared for. Our room looked recently renovated — everything felt fresh, tidy, and way more updated than I expected. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. They offer a complimentary breakfast too. It is simple, nothing fancy, but you can tell they put thought and care into it. It is that kind of low-key hospitality that makes a difference. Overall, it was a really solid stay — way better (and so much more affordable) than many of the overpriced lodges inside or near the parks. I hope more people give it a chance, because it truly deserves a higher rating.

We are seniors...I just made a cabin reservation because we own one big dog. Not only were we able to receive an AARP discount, they also waived the nightly charge for our dog! Kudos to the staff!

We didn't stay here but many of our conference attendees did. I guess they got a bulk deal but we had made our reservations at another place before the deal was struck... Oh well. We hung out with some friends there for an evening and it seemed a nice enough place. Anything around Ashton is going to have fantastic scenery... Word of caution... Bring your mosquito repellent... You'll need it. I did and only ended up with one bite. It was easily accessible yet far enough from the highway that it was quite.

About an hour south of west Yellowstone entrance thr same to the sand dunes. a quaint small town motel excellent service very friendly. I put my student driver's up here when I go home and all have enjoyed their stay.

The Eagle.peak lodge was fantastic for our group of 7 that included kids for 3 nights stay. It is family friendly, rooms are clean and spacious and it has everything you would need for such a good price. The showers and bath are new. Scott was such a fantastic host and is very responsive. Matt and Scott make this welcoming stay for everyone. The location is safe for families and has a gas station next door. The location is about 50 minutes from west yellowstone entrance, doesn't feel a lot as the drive is scenic. I would recommend this place and to book directly with Matt and Scott
