Eagle Inn

Extremely not happy about this place, a few years ago my son and I stayed here no problem but last night I got a room for my mother and youngest son. Checking in I was treated like I was a criminal studying my id like it was fake, after that I go to get them this morning to find out they had bed bugs and my son did not sleep all night after being bit. They did return my money but that is not the point. Ever since the previous owners left it had gone down hill.

Easily worth the $50/night rate. Looks 1,000 times better than you'd expect inside compared to the way it looks outside. 5 star rating from me not for it being the best but for the decent, but affordable, comfort of the room. Customer Service in my opinion is almost to amazing to be able to rate. Will definitely recommend for those low budget guests. Location of the motel is convenient as well. Will definitely be back quite a few times.

A good and cheap place to stay and very quiet with night rates and weekly rates as well. The water was hot and the management is nice to talk to. Havent seen no bugs like someone said. Beds are clean. The room looked clean as well. Nothing on the floors or the tables. Across the street is the hearth pretty good restaurant as well. Next to it is Hucks gas station that stay open 24/7. All the places I have said the workers are nice and management is pretty cool.

Bed bugs comes from nowhere, the tub in the bathroom clogged, they had a little refrigerator sitting on a milk crate and it was infested with bugs, wasn't clean correct when I first came in. There where a old coffee cup sitting by the air conditioner. Only two lights worked in the room and nun of the remote controls for the TV would work. If I could I wouldn't leave no star.

I have no personal experience, or at least for 35 years when it was operated under its original name and a fire that demolished a significant portion of the motel. Eventually, modular units were brought in to replace part of the motel rooms lost to the fire. It does not have a good reputation in town as being a safe place to stay. Lots of transient workers stay there.
