We have been in this park for about 6 years and would not want to be in any other park! Owners worked with us after the storm giving us time to clean up and we were patient enough (an understanding) to give her time to get power restored. Things DON'T happen over night for any of us. This is how our place looks now.

Was a nice place until hurricane Harvey, now trees down, owner will not pay to have electric reattached. Others in park payed out of own pocket to have it done. Owner cheap don't come here.

My visit to E-Z Liv'n was to inquire about a FEMA trailer for sale, which we ended up buying two. Gotta pretty good deal too. Since the slips were already paid up for the month, me and a couple homies moved right on in. It's not a bad place! Some questionable characters about with some questionable vehicles but they seem alright. Real quiet at night. So I give it 4 stars.

Cathy Schwartz, Sorry we didn't respond sooner but just saw this post. Unfortunately four months ago we had torrential rains of 10 - 14 inches over a few day period. We had no where to pump the water to because every where around us was flooded. We also offered you another site out of the flooded site you were in but you declined. When you called the city I believe they also told you that every one else was in the same situation until the water receded.

I live there Nice large spaces No real restrictions on item that can be outside Residents are quite and friendly
