DVC Treehouse Villas

We LOVE these villas!!! If we had the extra money to buy into Saratoga just for the treehouses we would!!!! After all the negative comments we read we listened to our gut and experience with Disney resorts and we booked a stay in the treehouses. I am so glad we did. DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Every resort is what YOU make it! We were alllllllll the way in treehouse 7002. Literally all the way in the back. The walk from the beginning of treehouse lane to 7002 was around 8:18. That’s 8 minutes and 18 seconds. It will be longer from the lobby building. When staying at the treehouses you can get off at the grandstand and walk to the villas. It’s really a Beautiful walk. We seen all kind of critters on our journey. The paths are lite at night. Extremely disappointed in our family's one night stay at the Treehouse Villas. Unfortunately the beautiful online photos don't represent the actual condition of the units. The Treehouse Villa assigned to my family of 7 was run down, ice maker never worked even after having maintenance come in for repairs and housekeeping missed the mark completely. Deck hadn't been swept clean of pine needles and debris prior to our arrival. I had to clean it to use it. Completely covered with pine needles and slippery. Party of 7 and the Villa has 4 tea bags so it was necessary to bring that to housekeeping attention too. Very disappointing stay in the Treehouse after having it on my bucket list for many years. I have brought all of this to Disney's attention with minimal response, minimal resolution. Not

Loved the room. My wife tells me they have been updated. The property overall is clean and well-kept. Too bad I was only there one night. Love to stay longer next time.

We LOVE this resort. It's tucked away and has a relaxed setting. The individual decks are a great addition to the already spacious rooms. Having three bedrooms, two baths and a full kitchen allow for everyone to have their own space. The full kitchen allows for homemade meals and so much more. It's also a short walk to the main Saratoga Springs resort.
