Dunes by the Ocean

Had a wonderful experience with my family. Air conditioners work amazing, room was very clean, pool was also very clean. Very nice person in the front of the hotel. Beach by this hotel was private with not a lot of people. Booked last minute and happy I did!

Budget motel that's very clean and near the beach.. 1 o k! . Courtyard by the pool. Pool is great. Rooms being redone. Down the block from jenkinsons arcade and point Pleasant boardwalk. If you can get a good price, it's fun

This place so far is gross!! Hair in the sink!! I just arrived so it's definitely not mine!! Flattest pillows ever. The pictures online are definitely not accurate. I guess I got what I paid for. Literally this was the only room left to pick from for my last minute vacation idea. So I guess it's my fault for expecting to get at least what I paid for. I can clearly see why they don't do refunds. If they did, I would leave the second I got here. I'm really really grossed out.... definitely do not recommend coming here.

Property is very run down Floors outside of our room were soaked and needing serious repairs. The walls were so thin. We heard our loud neighbors tv the entirety of the night, and then the family word for word all morning. The person at the front desk was atrocious. I had called twice before arrival and chalked up her rudeness to poor connection, when we arrived she didn't even say hello. The pool area is nice. Considering how strict they claim to be with noise, we didn't have a moment of quiet. Beds were fine. Public beach access was closed, but maybe a 5 minute walk. Directions from the hotel were terrible.

We found this place through booking.com. When we got there, they upgraded our room for free to a two bedroom apartment. It was a much better space for our family. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend staying here.
