Duluth Inn & Suites Near Spirit Mountain

Quiet and close to Spirit mountain or Duluth! Good rates. We were able to park within feet of our room entrance! Clean large room two queen beds tv, mini fridge, small table two chairs. And control of your room temp! Pool was great! A little chilly. With the outside temps being 10° Hot tub was decent size. Could add a second hot tub in the pool area! Plenty of clean towels! Morning breakfast complimentary was just as expected. Bonus waffle maker! Work out room is perfect if only a couple people in at a time. But has all you need!

Website didnt say anything about being under construction. It wasnt until we got here that we realized it was under construction and the pool area was unavailable (the whole reason we booked ahead of time was to have access to a pool) and the room was nonrefundable. it would've been a better experience had it been listed that the pool was unavailable so we could take our money and time elsewhere. And not to mention how loud room 145s ac unit is. (It is deafening) sounds like a lawn mower with no muffler. I cant garuntee you'll have a pleasant experience here.

Owned by City of Duluth. Many sites not level. For some reason water hook up on one side and electric on other. Run down shower / bathrooms. Not very clean and shower fixtures hard to use. No laundry amenities. No wi fi and spotty internet. Left a day early.

Rooms are standard, but the hot tub was not clean. Pool was good, a little cool but normal for most hotel pools.

I made reservations at Duluth Inn & Suites more than a month ago and reserved a two room suite with a kitchen for our family. When we arrived, we were instead assigned a single room with a king size bed, pullout couch, and a whirlpool but no kitchen. The suites with kitchens, though available on their website at the time of my reservation, are being remodeled and won't be available until December 2025. The hotel didn't mention any of this in the past month or even on our check-in. We didn't find out that our room had been changed until we used our key. That was the most disappointing aspect of the situation.
