Driftwood Motel

Disgusting filthy place. Roaches mold and bed bugs. Your tax money pays $300 a week for people to live in filth, avoid at all costs. Asked for clean sheets, told "uhh I dont have any".

Oh my! Look, this is a motel in a fishing town and I've stayed here 5-6 times in the past 10 years when I come to town for the salmon run, so I am not expecting the Ritz Carlton. This place has crashed to being unsafe, unhealthy and flat out disgusting. Bathroom floor underlayment is so wet that the floor sags and the tile is no longer glued down. Shared the room with a fishing buddy that was so terrified when he saw the roaches in the room that he slept in his street clothes on top of the blankets. Smells like they have been burning garbage in the room. The lamp shade appears to have been sat on and is all busted up. the sheets have cigarette burns in them. The Ac is held in the wall with packaging tape. If the health dept inspects this place they will close it down. Mold, Bugs, electric

The closest store is about 15 miles away, the rooms are so unkept and dirty everything is duct taped like the vents, moldings, the floor mats, around the ac unit is horribly in tact. There is cockroaches, STILL, from years ago up until now. The mini fridge and microwave and floors and walls and stands and lamp was ALL DIRTY from second I walked into my room (24). I would not recommend this place on my worst enemies! Also, the bed was SOOOO sunken in and ALSO, 2 BEDS PER ROOM... HOPE U R OK W A ROOMATE !!!! HORRIBLE PLACE !!!!!!!!

The manager and owner are fabulous people. The hotel is extremely run down. But that's why DSS and parolee stay there. The manager was very understanding of my daughters mental illness. My complaints would be with DSS and the prices that are paid by the state for the rooms. $2600 a month per person. SMH

I've been treated well and with respect while here, and offten helped by the owner. It doesn't hurt to have the best room with a smart TV and better appliances. People that have bugs here have them for a reason. I do not
