Driftwood motel

The oriental lady lies and she checked us in with our service dog. Now remind you done talked to her on phone and in person. We check in and the room she put us in was big and I told her sheets were dirt etc. Well she put us down on bottom floor by office. She hands my stuff said you don't like it do it your self. Lol no problem with me. Then she grabs stuff back out of my hands said no animals allowed. Which left me puzzled. There were cats and dogs. So I said it was service animal and he was very small dog. Still to this day I see no refund and my bank said there is nothing from her in. I had everything on my service animal. I will never tell nobody or anyone to go there. The refuse service animals.
