Drayton House by Palmetto Vacations

The hotel and staff are great! The construction zone in front not so much. Definitely make sure the construction is done before you book. I know it has to be done but it's not very relaxing to listen to construction all day. I had to go buy ear buds to block out the noise so I could sit on my balcony in peace. The pool and hot tub were great! Would stay here again after the construction is done.

Disappointed/ lesson learned. You get what you pay for. I Requested room service two days in a row with and only received new towels. Trash was left by the can on the floor instead of being taken out. I requested liens changed both days and after this was not completed (when the lady said they would) Tom in guest services said if I wanted them changed I could change them myself. Very unprofessional and lack any respect for customer service. Rooms did not smell clean at all. Would not recommend & will not book again.

Really awful smell in room at arrival. Awful smell outside as well. Poorly cleaned room. Do not recommend. Save your money!

We stayed in 402. Beautiful condo. Over looks the beach.

Super nice from what I have seen as a visitor my friend staying here.
