Room was pretty nice, could use a bit more attention but staff is very helpful. And the hotel is located in a perfect area.

Very cheap. Minimalist hotel/motel. Clean. Friendly staff (I only met one person). Reasonable location for the Old Town, museums and Bio Park to which I walked a few times. My only complaint was that the hot water was not hot between 11pm and 5am and the heater could be noisy. The bathroom was a little tired.

Don't go. Asked for a room in order to film for a class, told us we would have to pay for a room to use (even though we were only getting exterior shots) ok cool totally fine as this is a business that still needs money. Only to have the owner lie to us, and upcharge from the 75$ per room listing to $110, claiming she upcharged for parking, which is listed as FREE when you rent a room. Room was completely under renovation. I'm talking concrete bag mixtures in a wheel barrow, tools all over, fridge blocking the entryway, musty MUSTY smell, bed frame torn apart and being replaced with no space to work like a regular living space. If we payed for a room, we paid for a complete room, not an under construction mess. Continued to get very VERY pissy when we asked about why we were charged more a

Good value. Nice couple run the motel.

My wife, 2 pups and I received a great opportunity by being able to stay in a room here and from the start was treated with a turned up nose. During the week we purchased our own cleaning supplies and washed the blankets and sheets at the laundromat across the street. Decided to pay the 110.00 for us four for one extra day and was still treated like a second class human being. We both are grateful to the city and programs that assisted us as we are fixing our own home and appreciate the nice room that was somewhat welcoming we also like to thank, Mr. Patel for his kindness and professionalism. With all that we are dealing with it, we are grateful that Mr. Patel was not rude or judgemental.
