Customer Reviews
My husband and I stayed here three nights while visiting relatives in Tucson. As always, the best part of the visit are the absolutely delicious chocolate chip cookies you get when you arrive. The property is a little older one. The rooms are a little different with glass walls where you enter the room and also one in the back by a balcony. The balcony is shared with the rooms next to you. We paid for the extra breakfast which was exactly the same every morning. A little variety would have been nice. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
I paid just under $800 for a 2 night stay, I was very disappointed. The pros, breakfast was good, pool was nice, staff was friendly and beds were comfy enough and it's in a nice enough area. But the cons... room smelled awful like mildew and clogged sink drains/farty, bathroom was tiny and shower was covered in stains and had hair on the wall, stains and hair all over the carpet, tattered curtains like a cat lives there, first floor room had one window that opened to the parking lot without an option to lock it which felt unsafe, and the cherry on top of it all was my toddler found a dayquil pill under the couch, a sharpie marker and dirty fork under the bathroom counter and when I checked under furniture to make sure he didn't find anything else it was filthy, hair, candy, dirt...wh
We had a wonderful time staying in a spacious two-room suite that comfortably accommodated two of us. The suite included two queen-sized beds, which were incredibly comfortable and provided us with our own private space. Conveniently, the suite also came equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator, making our stay even more enjoyable. The best part of our stay was the complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel. It saved us a significant amount of money on meals, which was a huge bonus for our 11-day vacation. The hotel’s location was also highly convenient. We could drive to our destinations within 20-50 minutes. There were several great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and shopping malls, all within a five-minute drive.
Positive: The rooms were spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave. The hot breakfast was decent. The boys went later and they still had food options. Negative: The rooms are really outdated and I didn?t really care for the floor plan. I wish the bathroom was bigger and the sink was inside the bathroom. The shower wasn?t cleaned to my liking.
Great location and great service! The suites are very spacious. Very clean pool! The only thing I didn't like was the vanity was outside of the bathroom in the bedroom. So, if someone wanted to sleep in while someone was getting ready, there would be a bright light on while they try to sleep.
