DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando East-UCF Area

We traveled late to Orlando from Georgia. We stayed at this hotel. John the security officer was nice & very helpful, Ruby the manager was sweet and very accommodating, Jaida & Sabrina went above and beyond for us. The staff was just the best, and very accommodating to our needs and made our long trip worth it. We appreciated the hospitality. The hotel was super clean and we truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommended this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Outstanding Customer Service & Wonderful Stay I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando East–UCF Area. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail was truly outstanding. The front desk team was warm and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. Every interaction felt genuine, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights. It was nice and beds we're comfortable. The bar was nice and reasonably priced. Breakfast had limited options but was good. Pool and outside area was outdated, pool was slightly dirty for the duration of our stay, and chairs seemed to be deteriorating. No vending machines even though the signs said there were some. Overall was decent and would recommend.

Great stay, but the service does lack a bit. |Long queues at check-in counters and had to ask for cookies after my check in as this was not offered upon check-in|Early check-in was not honoured, as guests are advised to check in at 14:00, even though I had Gold status. Had to wait for 40 minutes for the rooms. |Rooms are renovated with great furnishings. The shower floor is extremely slippery. Have to hold onto the rail as the floor is at a slight angle.|Feather cushions are highly ''infectious'' for hay fever and do ask for synthetic material.|Both of us had to change pillows.|The gym is great, but not serviced regularly and lacks water as machines are empty.|Continental Breakfast is standard and is not worth the extra pay for a full breakfast. One of the best hotel experiences of my life. Affordable 10/10 on hospitality and customer service. Immediately greeted by management. Carson and Diana in the buffet were very welcoming and kind. Made us feel comfortable and helped us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet.
