Positive: The pool and the lounge areas Negative: Yes, hotel room is run down and is dirty. The hallways smell like dirty socks, and the room as well. We had to buy a candle to help with the stale smell. Overall the stay was OK I wish the rooms were better well kept.

Wonderful stay - we came to stay here for Indian Wells tournament. It was around 25 min drive and this hotel was close to the airport. Lots of wonderful amenities including the pool and free bucket of golf balls to be used at the driving range next door. Delicious cookies upon check-in. Available daily with your stay. Free parking on-site. Daily housekeeping available. Gym is clean and well maintained.

We stayed here for three nights. The property is really showing it's age and in need of a serious upgrade. Our room was basically just like any room you would find in a 2 to 3 star hotel. Seems like a lot of money for what you actually get. Nevermind the resort fees. Our room looked aged. Clean, but aged. A cracked sink and a leaking toilet were the first things we noticed. USB charging ports were inoperable. Desk said to flip the wall switch at the entrance but it did nothing. The air conditioning was barely there for the first two nights. Then on the third night it wasn't there at all. I will give credit where it is due. The maintenance guy they have here is "The Man". We needed him twice. Once for the toilet and once for the A/C. This hotel feels empty; it might have patrons, but the warmth is not there. Even the cookies aren't warm. Definitely, the service and friendliness of the front desk staff are lacking. The hotel is aged, as evidenced by the bathrooms and rooms. Pillows arent comfortable either. On the plus side, the food at the Mira bar and breakfast at Polanco were very good Pool views are nice to hang out

This is our 4th time here. I have always loved this hotel. The pros first: good location, great grounds, large rooms, large bathrooms and free parking. It is a very comfortable hotel. The pool area is good also. Cons: a little tired, carpets in the halls are worn and haven’t been vacuumed for many days, staff at the front desk varies, the restaurant for breakfast is a little pricy for $26 buffet. Still playing Christmas music on Jan 5 is ridiculous. Usually cookies are free any time any day but I was told somewhat rudely that they are only for check-in. Later I asked again and the nice desk clerk said “no problem”, so what is it. I will say this. It is a good hotel if you can get a good rate.
