Desert Surfside Waterfront Accommodations

Spent three nights at the Desert Surfside this summer and had an excellent experience. Every communication I had with the staff (shout out to Isy the manager...awesome) was completely satisfactory. Clean room, kitchenette and right on the beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I even forgot a pair of earbuds in the room when I left, I called them and sure enough, they found them and are sending them to me. Highly recommend.

This location offers studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. All units are self-contained with moreless everything you need. Units are clean and comfortable and are fairly similarly decorated as they are privately owned. Nice beach area with loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for use. Staff are fantastic! Friendly, accommodating, and if there is an issue, it will be attended to.

Grateful for many years here on monthly rentals.  The winter ("snowbird") season has the vibe of the movie "Best Exotic Marigold Hotel".  A little quirky and wonderful.   Manager Isy's caring and thoughtful ways make us feel like beloved Surfside family members.  And then there's the nice rooms, beach, sagebrush hills and lake views to top it all off.   Highly recommended !!

Room itself feels dated however it felt clean and that's what mattered most to us. The 5 stars is for staff (especially Andrew) being very helpful and sincere. He made sure we had a parking spot and even had vehicles shuffled to make it happen. We asked him for recommendations on where to eat and we ended up going to one of the places and had a great meal and time (Owl Pub). A nice beach (but very family oriented) is literally a 15 second walk behind the building.
