Delta Hotels Woodbridge

The hotel is right next to a highway and so it can be loud at night. The room sizes were good and it was cleaned everyday as well. However, there was dust everywhere which werent cleaned. The front desk folks were courteous. At the bar Melody and Joel were awesome and made us feel at home with great conversations. Kudos to them!

If I could give this negative stars for the HORRIFIC FRONT DESK night staff I would. My husband passed away recently and I booked two rooms for, myself and two children at the Delta for funeral services held yesterday . Around 3 am today I went to get ice from machine and the key wouldn’t open the door. When I went to the front desk the person working there became combative and extremely rude because I asked if the cards could be made quickly and was willing to take security w me to my room where my id and wallet were. This was not the first time I’ve needed room keys and my children were upstairs alone. I asked for additional key in case the one did not work. The front desk person refused to make me keys to my room became very snarky and continued to repeat I’m not making you any addit

I have traveled to New Jersey from out of state on several occasions and consistently choose to stay at the Delta Hotel. The front desk staff is always welcoming and efficient during check-in, especially Evelyn and Camilla. The rooms are generally clean, though they could benefit from some remodeling. What truly keeps my colleagues and me returning is the exceptional bar staff. Melody and Joel are outstanding bartenders who always make us feel at home away from home. I especially appreciated how attentive they were in accommodating my dietary restrictions, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Worst customer service ever. The faucet in the bathroom was not working properly. There was no refrigerator in the room and when I called to let them know, they said it should have been there. For us not having a refrigerator was fine but we were traveling with our daughter who has allergy issues so we had to have her med and back up options stored in certain temp. They said they will look into having our room changed but later said it was not available. The bathroom had body wash that was empty. I was already in the shower so had to use shampoo for my body. We complained about it and they said they will look into it immediately. Next morning we assumed this matter was redolved but it was still the same. They finally got the body wash but we were all packed up and ready to check out. Not s
