APA Hotel Woodbridge

I had a very pleasant stay at APA Hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Hemlata at the front desk and Vikram who assisted over the phone. Both were very welcoming, helpful, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. The room was nice and well maintained, and the property is conveniently located close to Oak Tree Road. The room amenities were good and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The only minor issues were that there is no microwave in the room, and the amount of body soap provided is very small, which is not enough even for one shower. Aside from these small points, the hospitality of the staff really stands out. Because of the welcoming and helpful staff, I am still happy to give this place a 5 star review.

I had a very good experience at this hotel, but had a few off setting things happen that is why I didn't give them 5 stars. 1) hotel room came with a refrigerator, but you had to request a microwave at an additional charge. 2) Shuttle bus only dropped off, no pick ups had to Uber back or walk. 3) Shuttle only ran M-F to 10am. 4) Bathroom wasn't really that clean in the shower area. The room itself was nice. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Bathroom had a bidet which normally isn't found in a hotel room so that was nice. Towels were soft and not overly starched and bleached. I did see mold on the tiles in the shower and corners by the tub (I used to clean houses and i notice these things). This place felt very scammy. They held my security deposit and charged me $163 because I showed up late for my check-in time. Nowhere on their website or in the confirmation email did it state that there would be a late fee. I reserved the room directly through their website, but when I arrived, they initially said my name wasn’t under a reservation. On top of that, they charged me more than what I originally booked for. The walls are paper thin. There was a strange connecting door between our room and the neighboring room. When opened, it was just a wall—but we could hear our neighbors clearly throughout the entire night. Additionally, the hotel advertised a sushi restaurant attached to the property. Excellent stay! The restaurant was amazing and the bartender, Poco, is very talented and a great person. The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. The room was very clean and well maintained. The gym is great, and they also have a nice workspace. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!
