Deerfield Trailer and RV Park

We were displaced from Hurricane Ian & happened upon this little park. The owner let us & our 2 cats rent out the cute little house in front of the park for a month, which she regularly only uses for family that's visiting. Her & her husband cleaned the house for us quickly & let us move in the next day. It was a very cute concrete house with a fenced in backyard, frequented by iguanas daily. The property has a washer/dryer on site, the full-timers are very welcoming & friendly, and it's very quiet. The owners are working very hard to upgrade the park & they really care for their tenants. I highly recommend giving this park a chance, it's really very cute once you walk around.

Deerfield Trailer and RV Park is a rare hidden gem in the heart of Deerfield Beach. All the shops and services one could possibly need are in walking distance, including the beach and downtown Deerfield. My husband and I have stayed there off and on since February 2020. We spent the initial months of Covid in this beautiful, well maintained, quiet, and lovely community. Unsure of what would be happening because of Covid we signed a year lease, we can not rave enough of about the neighborly community we happened upon. My husband and I are true campers so when we could we hit the road, but always would come back to Deerfield Trailer and RV Park. Needed a place to store my boat for a few days on my way to the Keys. Easy in, easy out, great prices and friendly staff. Safe and secure! Glad to have found Deerfield Trailer and will definitely use them again if I’m in the area and have the need.

Safe place to live. Very peaceful. Close to beach. Rents are reasonable. 12 year resident.

This is a wholesome place with a great since of community. There is a great deal to do within walking distance. Owners work with all tenants to ensure needs are met and exceeded.
