Deadwood Station Bunkhouse & Gambling Hall

This motel is 2 minutes from downtown, very affordable and pet friendly. The room was clean and quiet and I was checked in, in record time! I would definitely recommend. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there isn’t anywhere to walk your dog. It’s virtually all asphalt around the motel. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient.

Nice place, rooms were big and the price was good and it's on the trolley line. But had issues with housekeeping. The first day we got back from riding and our door was left open and no clean towels, so we think she went to get them and forgot to come back. Thankfully nothing was missing. One if the last days pretty sure she just folded our towels from the floor and put them back like they were fresh because two of the three were wet. But we would still try there again.

It was very simple as the other posts read. It was quiet and warm. Clean. Hand and body soap was really bad. As a soap bar it didn't want to even snap in half or get soft under warm water. It weirded me out. The casino is solely machines. And my ex didn't like the bartender apparently was treated rude. Fair for its price

Review update: We got in contact with management. The owner promptly responded with a phone call. She was extremely understanding and kind. She refunded our second nights stay and comped us a room and lunch at there second location in town. We appreciate the courtesy and understanding of our situation from management. Worst mistake ever!!! Got to the hotel at 3 pm, after a 9.5 hour drive to check in; and waited almost an hour before someone came from a back room and even aknowledged we were there. There was no bell to make our presence known. Upon entering our room the stinch of years old dirty gym socks and jock straps, mold, mildew type smell struck me. Probably from the stained, filthy, floor. We really are not very picky and understand that you get what you pay for.. but, at 40.00 a n

The rooms are dated but clean. All of the staff was accommodating and super friendly! Great water pressure in the shower and beds were comfy. Only suggestion would be a full length mirror in the room. Would definitely stay again!
