Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tallahassee Conf Center I-10

chose Days Inn by Wyndham Tallahassee I-10 specifically because it carries the Wyndham name, and I expected a certain standard of cleanliness and professionalism. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below even basic expectations. At check-in, I was informed of a mandatory $100 deposit that was not disclosed on the third-party booking site. Being surprised with additional charges upon arrival is frustrating and immediately undermines trust. The room itself was not properly cleaned. The sheets had a visible oil imprint in the shape of someone’s body. As well as lil black bugs on the sheet .There was hair in the bed, mascara on the pillowcase, toenail clippings near the mini fridge, dirty heel marks in the bathtub, hair across the bathroom floor, and noticeable dust throughout the room. Positive: Location Negative: It was not clean. We actually had soap with hair all over it in the shower from the previous guest! They only provided outside rooms and strangers were constantly smoking outside your door. They also ran out of towels.

The room was ight.. the shower didn't work and the tub was half cleaned. There weren't any towels in the bathroom. These were no smoking rooms, but folks were smoking mj and cigs in rooms down. The bathroom door wouldn't close bc the toilet was blocking the door. And the breakfast wasn't worth getting up at 6am for. Muffins, cookies and water? That's a snack rather than breakfast. As fancy as it looks I doubt i would come back. And the tv wasn't a smart tv (no biggie) but dang i would like to watch Netflix when I come out with my man! HELLOO!! Other than that it was okay, quiet, clean and spacious room.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Spent one quick overnight stay while traveling West on interstate highway. Quiet night. Fast check in nice room.

We have stayed here for several days at least 3 times a year for a couple years because of ease of parking a truck with a trailer. This was our last time. I reserved a king room and had my confirmation number with my room held with my credit card... The hotel was empty when we arrived. Maybe 6 cars total at 10pm. No king rooms. No clean rooms. No housekeeping staff to clean rooms. They found us a clean queen room. No toilets on the entire floor refilled or flushed properly. We changed rooms 3 times. No maintenance the next day to fix the issues so they keyed us out of our room without notifying us. We met nearby room occupants without a properly working toilet, who were also keyed out. They too had had to play musical rooms. We ourselves had 4 different rooms inside 24 hours. And do
