Positive: The rooms looked clean Negative: Yes, the building smelled bad and needed a good air freshener. The weight room was not accessible, the on duty operator couldn't open and his manager on the phone, told him to just tell us it was under maintance. No breakfast, just bread and water.

Decent place for the price. Pool and hot tub worked. Room was clean. Shower took a few minutes to warm up and we couldnt adjust the nozzle any but it wasnt that big of a deal to us. Breakfast was not ideal but not a deal breaker. I would stay her again if we travel there.

My overnight stop in Davenport was purely practical — just a place to sleep during a long drive — so I chose one of the cheapest hotels available, landing on Days Inn & Suites for under $60 per night. The hotel is perfectly serviceable. It could definitely use an update, and it reminded me of several older motels I’ve stayed at that have since been renovated. But it was quiet enough, and I managed to get 6–7 hours of solid sleep, which is exactly what I needed. The location is in a commercial area, surrounded by other hotels, car dealerships, and big-box stores. Not charming, but very practical if you’re simply passing through. For a cheap stop along the road, this was exactly right for my needs.

Its an older motel so things are starting to do what older things do.....they start to have issues because of their age. I stayed there again over the weekend and the front desk people are very nice and helpful!! I had a rough weekend by that I mean everything I touched something happened to that item, the staff helped me a bunch through the weekend and were very courteous!!!! I still know I could help them with the building but that's not my decision, my first stay there I wasn't in a good state of mind so I apologize to anyone I offended with my review especially the staff at Days Inn, they are very nice people and the building is in decent shape for its age!!!!
