Positive: Nothing Negative: Hotel employee called right before our check in to say he didn’t have a room for us. He was unapologetic and wouldn’t help us find another hotel. We were in town for a wedding and missed a party due to his incompetence and lack of empathy and communication.

AC was leaking and the carpet had in the room was completely saturated and moldy. The breakfast cereals were stale and milk had run out and not been replaced. No fruit or healthy options were provided. The light fixtures in the room didn’t work and the pool water was brown and stagnant. The property should be closed by the health department.

The service is terrible. There's no one at reception, and when there is, it's like they're doing you a favor. Instead, they put up a poorly made sign where you have to dial a number. Second, they never clean the rooms; they have cockroaches. And if you get a room facing the avenue, be prepared for no sleep due to traffic noise all night. Finally, the shower water always smells like sulfur. They don't have a filtration system, and it seems like the water they get is treated because it smells awful. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Hopefully this review reaches the proper people… Stayed mid- week One if the worst hotels I have stayed at in recent memory… The room, on the first floor in the rear, looked out to the uncovered, brown and green algae covered pool. The smell and dankness coming in through the AC unit… Mosquitoes in the room.. room had a musty smell. Mattress was borderline criminally soft… Bathroom lighting was very poor…Non existent front desk staff. Spend the extra $ to stay elsewhere… I should have

My husband just stayed here for a hunting trip with a friend. It was the worst hotel he had ever stayed in and he is not picky. The bathroom had no shower curtain, when he let the staff at the front desk know they just shrugged their shoulders! He went back to let them know there were issues with the toilet, they handed him a plunger. Not one person tried to correct either issue, no one cleaned the room or brought fresh towels. Horrible place with rude staff! DO NOT STAY HERE!
