Comfort Inn & Suites Cambridge

The night shift front desk associate was a pleasure to meet. Nekea's welcoming personality made me feel right at home. The hotel is very clean and the free breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I had a great 2-night stay. I can be picky about my hotel selections, so you can trust when I say, you can not go wrong selecting this location.

Negatives: Room wasn’t fully cleaned (previous occupants clothing and trash under bed, surfaces sticky), no soap, hallway and room smelled like marijuana, and pool was closed. We chose the hotel in part so our daughter could swim. Postives: front desk staff member was extremely nice, cost, location.

My stay was unbelievable. We came to spend a night and ended up staying for three days. We were so comfortable that we did not want to leave. Courteous service. Clean, comfortable room. Bed like sleeping on a cloud. Maid service, wonderful. One of our best stays away from home. This will definitely be our choice of hotels whenever we return to this area. Thank you so much for all that was done to make our family so happy and comfortable. Love y'all and be blessed.

Staff at the desk were great. Room was just okay. The TV was unplugged and disconnected from the cable. I fixed it myself. Shower drain was extremely slow so by the time I was done my quick shower I was standing in 2-3 inches of water. Yuck. Place just seems outdated and not worth the per night rate. They did provide a small bag lunch for us hunters that were staying there which I thought was a nice touch. With a little sprucing up this place could be much better.

The room was clean the beds were comfortable but I was displeased the pool was closed due to maintenance. Only other issue was the room keys were randomly deactivated which were a small inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and informative of what was going on. I just was not able to have the experience I planned for.
