My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise, with the entire property being nicely updated. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and maintained a clean environment. For the best rates and a flexible cancellation policy, I recommend booking directly through their website or reservation line, they honor a best rate guarantee. I'm a local resident and I would recommend to family and friends visiting to stay here, it's conveniently located to everything. The front office Executives are wonderful and make check-in very easy, Salman remembered me from my previous stay and was extremely welcoming. Amelia in housekeeping is very sweet and helpful.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not RecommendI had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. There was no phone signal, the WiFi didn’t work, and the TV was non-functional. On top of that, there was no hot water, making it very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there is only 1 staff members available on the floor who doesn’t speak English, which made it extremely difficult to get help or communicate any issues. I expected better basic amenities and service. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Positive: New hotel. Our room had no hot water, but we were switched to a room that did. Negative: Breakfast was not what I hoped for.

The patio and pool area are very relaxing and pleasantly sociable. I have recently stayed at this Days Inn in Bonita Springs, Florida. Room was very clean. Morning breakfast was good. Location was convenient for us. There were plenty of free parking. Staff was friendly. I may go again if need arises and would definitely recommend this location for anyone.
