I would give zero stars if I could—this place is a complete scam and a nightmare. At first, it seemed okay, but that was a lie. They preyed on our family’s situation, knowing we only get paid at the end of our shifts. We paid over $400 for three days, and on the fourth day, we paid an extra $100—only $40 short of the full amount. We promised them at 9 a.m. that we’d get that $40 and money for another week. But instead, they kicked us out at 2 a.m. in the freezing cold over a $40 balance, EVEN THOUGH we had the money the next morning and could have stayed. They refused to give us a dime back or let us stay that night, showing zero compassion or integrity. The staff/ manager was rude, dismissive, and heartless. This place is a total fraud—no breakfast, just cold, frozen muffins and biscuit

My room was clean when I checked in. They didn’t clean after I checked in or made the bed. I understand saving water but I don’t understand not coming in to empty the trash, make bed, or replenish coffee. They did come when called to put in a light bulb and help me operate the air conditioner. They were nice people. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen, and it was not as advertised very minimalistic. The price would’ve been excellent if all of the services had been done.

Days Inn in Grove was excellent! The room was VERY clean, and comfortable. The mattress and linens were really nice. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Grove!

Everytime I visit this location I'm always pleased. I am satisfied with the room. Great location to everything. Well kept hotel

General Manager is clueless on ADA laws in regards to service dogs. Demanded that I show a certificate for my service dogs. Told them there is no such document. I even pulled up the ADA law on the government site and showed them the law. They still showed me an email that showed a certificate. I explained that corrupt businesses have made a business of giving service dog certificates based on fake credentials BUT its not legitimate. Still didn’t believe me BUT “let me stay there with my dog anyways”. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Justice.
