I would have given this place a five star rating across the board, but tge fact that I have videos in my phone of what th room looked like upon checking abd checking out and was told days after that I would not be receiving my deposit because I "supposingly" damaged the sheets and two pillows cases, in which is all recorded in the video that was clean when I left even though housekeeping did not bother to stop by my room at all and I was there for two days. I had to take my used towels to the front to request more. I have NEVER experienced service as such. I dont know if they mixed my room and someone else's room up, but I dont like it, because I was told on the 15th which was my checkout day that the refund had already been initiated, then to be told on the day the funds were supposed to

This place is alright if you need a place to sleep. And you don’t mind the smell of mothballs and bleach. I kid you not. Overwhelming smells of bleach and mothballs which will cling to you after you leave. I question what the cleaning crew/owners are trying to cover up with this toxic miasma.||The room is plain; no coffee, no fridge, no microwave, no little hand soaps nor lotions. Some pumps with hand/body wash and shampoo in the shower and paper thin towels. AC worked great.||Breakfast sparse.||Nice touches: big jug of iced water in the lobby to get a drink, and the place is very clean (reference bleach above).

The hotel had a strong smell walking in it wasn’t bad just strong. Check in was quick and easy, got to the room it had a weird/nasty smell one of the towels didn’t look washed and the sheets had stains or something on them. We asked to have our room cleaned we told them when we’d be out and no we didn’t have the door hanger on. They said they would but didn’t. Glad I only paid a summer sale price because I would have been extremely disappointed if I paid the full price. The breakfast wasn’t very good and they only had a few options. I would have rather paid a little more for a better hotel which I ended up doing our last day down there.

Hannah was absolutely amazing as we'd booked through booking.com and the check in time was incorrect when we arrived but she fixed everything and we were able to get into a room! Extremely grateful for her help!

The check-in process was great and the front desk staff was really nice but that is where it goes downhill. The first room given to us would not lock. You could open the door without your card and the latch on the back of the door was broken. They gave us another room and in that one the bathroom was not cleaned from the previous guest. I informed the front desk that we cannot stay here since they cannot provide a safe and clean room for us to stay in and she went to get the manager. The manger didn't come out to speak with me and told the polite front desk worker to tell me she would call me. She has never called me. I was refunded my money, but it would have been nice to get an apology from the Manager. DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are not safe or clean and the manger does not follow up w
