Positive: Cute decor, we go there annually for a overnight stay to celebrate my and a friends combined birthday. Good price with a hot tub . Negative: Toilets were low set. kids [likely] kept setting off a car alarm about ten times in the parking lot, construction work going at hotel entrance did not allow for a peaceful stay receptionist did not hear it, likely due to construction.

My stay at the property was wonderful. Darshil! The front desk associate deserves special appreciation he was extremely calm, polite, and professional. The way he communicates makes you feel well taken care of, and he manages everything smoothly. Whenever I needed anything for my room, he helped immediately with kindness and genuine courtesy. Hotels need more staff like him. The overall stay was excellent, and the breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommended!

If you like mold in your shower, 2 years worth of dust in your vents, and luke warm showers then look no further! I will start with the staff - everyone I encountered was very sweet and helpful. We had zero issues with them whatsoever. The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was quite disappointing though. The first thing I noticed was a ring of black mold around the shower drain. It was coming off in chunks when the tub was turned on. The hole where ventilation was supposed to be was just an empty space and the vent that was in the shower room had tons of built up dust. We had to run the water for around 7 minutes prior to getting in the shower or else it was only lukewarm. The sink faucet was awful and kind of spit out water awkwardly. Awful!! Kids ended up sick and with a rash also cuts from the lack of maintenance to the swimming pool!! Found rotten fruit in my room behind table. Eating area was nasty around the tables and the floor was sticky.i feel for the money per room they could do some updates!! So people aren't getting sick and hurt!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. There seemed to be minimal upkeep to the property - multiple sheds falling apart, trash everywhere. Booked here because it was one of the few in the area that had an indoor pool. Too bad it's not able to be used and surrounded by caution tape. Still checked in because many other places were totally booked. (I see why now) Room was disgusting. Lamps didn't work, layer of dust across the mini fridge (which also had scorch marks on top) and microwave, food on the floor, flies in the bathroom and feces in the toilet. My daughter refused to touch anything. Attempted to ask for our money back and was told only booking.com could do that. Booking.com is telling me to reach out to the facility who already told me they can't/won't do anything. Now trying to dispute
