Best Western Plus Wooster Hotel & Conference Center

While I didn’t personally stay in the hotel this time, I have before. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby feels very homey and cozy. My place of employment housed important clients here and held a very important meeting with those clients in their large conference room. The little details were there. A great selection of snacks and drinks were there beyond what we expected. We paid for this in addition to the room rental, but the hotel offered all these services, including getting us terrific box lunches for our guests. The front desk staff was responsive before, during planning, and during our meeting. You can tell these people take great pride in their hotel. It doesn’t feel like a large chain.

The rooms were clean and clearly tended too with care. Carol at the front desk was an expert at schudeling our wedding block and made it easy for us to set up a very important step in our wedding planning. The whole process was seemless and easy and I cannot stress how helpful Carol was in this process!

Everything about this hotel stay was excellent. The room and common areas are very clean and well kept. The room was spacious and the furniture was in good order. The fridge was clean and kept drinks cold. ||Breakfast had several good options. Everything was hot and delicious. The breakfast area has a couple value added items - a yogurt machine and a coffee machine the does custom options like expresso, hot chocolate, etc. (and it's fun!).||The location is good. There is an excellent pizza place - Gionino's, just a block or so away. I walked there to pick up. Great place to stay if in Wooster Ohio! Staff is FANTASTIC!! Very friendly and go above and beyond. Great breakfast w multitude of options! Rooms were clean and comfortable!
