Days Inn by Wyndham Tucson Airport

Rooms were fine for the price. Area is a little sketchy. Service (front desk) was bad. When asked for feedback via email I said as much about the service. The GM, Raj, then sent me a reply saying "thanks for the positive feedback. I am pleased to hear the front desk person was on a [personal] call" ...and ignoring you. Tell me you don't read or take customer feedback into consideration without telling me, Raj. Do better.

Everything was great front desk very helpful property clean, location great,rooms spacious and with everything you need.

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of our stay. Rooms were clean and staff was nice! Very good value in a good location, and convenient having Waffle House, Wendy’s, and the gas station basically in the parking lot. Close to Kino Sports Complex, which is why we came. Not bad for a Days Inn 👌

Positive: The lady when we checked in was SUPER friendly. She was the the only one that was friendly. Negative: They do need to remove that they give you free breakfast. There was literally NOTHING that had protein in it. It was stale bread to make toast, very little coffee (they ran out both days and we at at 7am), and some packages of instant oatmeal.

Our bathroom reeked heavily of cigarette smoke. Disgusting. TV remote didn’t work. Replacement TV remote didn’t either. I left my portable charger behind. When I called for it they didn’t have it. Can’t believe they wouldn’t have a lost and found or policy that allows customers to recover their items.
