Days Inn by Wyndham Rapid City

Everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean and the breakfast smelled yummy and was yummy. Checking in was easy with no issues and checking out was a breeze with no issues. The room was very clean and roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size also. The toilet was not on the ground for a disabled person such as myself. The beds well, they could probably use new ones now but it was still a comfortable sleep as and stay. By the way my 13 year old granddaughter and I felt safe there. I didn't have the he urge to continuously watch our backs and our surroundings. |Comfortable stay. I will stay there again. You have this customers money.

It was a nice place to stay. We had an accessible room with a comfortable bathroom and a pullout sofa, located right next to the pool with direct door access. We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was good — everyone had plenty to eat, and our kids were delighted with the giant waffles at breakfast! We are especially grateful to the staff member (unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name) who kindly helped us open our door after we accidentally locked it. She was patient and understanding, even when we struggled to communicate in English and had to ask several times. Her kindness meant a lot to us. Overall, it was a great stay, and we truly appreciate the friendly and helpful service. Thank you!

Convient location. We had a suite which was very spacious for 5 people. The room needs some repairs however. For what reaI paid I would say it was a good value. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Waffles, fruit, donuts, cereal, bread, drinks. Pool water very cold. Hot tub was not working. This is our second time staying here.

Positive: Location Negative: Put me on 2nd floor, am currently using a cane. Coffee maker in room but nothing to put in it (no coffee, creamer, cups..etc. Peeling wallpaper, rusty fixtures,beat up furniture !

Only giving one star because I didn’t die. By far the worst hotel that I have stayed at in the US. Marginally better than a room in a third world country. The only chair was a desk chair. Threadbare towels of which I had 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels. 1 bar of soap and a tiny tube of shampoo. Only had 1/3 of a roll of TP, had to ask a maid for a roll. Rusty and greasy looking fixtures, mystery stains on the walls and carpet. The toilet took 5 minutes to refill and even the ironing board was broken. Was booked for 2 nights, left after 1 and got a room elsewhere. Would be afraid to shine a black light in the room.
