DO NOT STAY HERE! It is absolutely disgusting the beds had piss and boogers all over it I couldn’t even sleep on them the shower handle was broken and they gave me dirty towels the room stink so bad and the fridge had a strong smell as well the floors was still dirty there was dead bugs all over the walls the heat sucked and smelt like something was burning all this for 55 dollars plus they take 75 of your card incase you break something and even after you leave it take 3 to 5 business days to even get it back I could of got a cheaper hotel that had clean beds and floors with nothing wrong. I tried calling them to let the no and the number kept saying call ended I had to sleep in the car with my 5 month old because of how bad it was.

Only one star because I have to. Nothing told at check that we had no wifi, no remote, tv didn't work without wifi, the bathroom fan made the loudest sound for 5 after turning the light on, no towels, about a quarter roll of toilet paper, no coffee maker. I tried to call the front desk from my cell because there was no phone in the room either, only to find it disconnected. Only to make matters worse, no breakfast or coffee in the lobby the next morning. The guy at the desk at check in offered nothing to fix the problem or the lady the next morning. Worse stay ever. I will never stay here again and suggest no one else stay.

Look if you want a clean, safe room for $30/night HERE YOU GO. The beds were very firm, but I still slept fine. No bugs or anything nasty or crazy. Bathroom worked and was clean. I would stay here again. It was noisy outside of the room, but it’s in a busy area. If your expectations are high, go somewhere else. If you want to pay $30 for a clean room and place to sleep, then stay here. Don’t let high maintenance people make you think you don’t deserve a cheap weekend vacation.

Positive: Was the worst hotel I had ever tried to stay at we ended up, leaving and going and staying at another hotel. I went to the room after checking in and somebody was already in there smoking marijuana. They gave us another room and it was not clean. Negative: They gave me another room, but it was dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The pool was half full of garbage terrible place.

Hotel was older but clean. Convenient to Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain parkway. The room had everything you needed mini fridge, small coffee maker, hairdryer. A elevator to the second and third floors. But it wasn’t convenient to both ends of the large outdoor entrances. The beds were comfortable. The room had a flat screen tv but the remote controls didn’t work. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work either. When we went to the front desk to tell them, they said they didn’t know the rooms had phones. They gave us a new remote that also didn’t work. There was only 1 washcloth and towel in the room, but they gave us more when we went to the front desk. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was open but not heated as advertised.
