Days Inn by Wyndham Pierre

There was a scratching sound coming from the ceiling that sounded like rats or something else. The front desk brushed my concerns off and was rude when I asked for my bill to be voided. I shared the video with the staff so they could hear what I was hearing. The outlet in the hallway was blackened like it had been burned. I didn’t feel safe or clean staying in this hotel. I’m especially mad with how the front desk handled the situation.

The room was small but adequate for my wife and me. Our needs over time have become minimal, so we don’t require being impressed with beaucoup amenities. For example, the breakfast was fine. Enough to eat is all we need. Besides, for the more than reasonable price we paid for the room, we obviously don’t require luxury. The location was fine too. And I’m betting that the renovation of the motel will upgrade it even a notch higher. Summation: the room met our needs. Thank you.

Stayed in pierre every time we are on our way. Staff is friendly and welcoming, breakfast is delicious. Would love to stay again and definitely recommend.

Not friendly or welcoming. Roaches everywhere in the room. Water leaking from ceiling. Bed squeaks cold eggs and sausage. Way overpriced for a very poor quality room and experience. Never go here unless you’re homeless and it is freezing cold outside!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The hotel is a dump. It was dirty; there was an alarm going off all night; the staff was rude and untrained; there was mold in the shower; and the ceiling was falling in in both rooms.
