Days Inn by Wyndham Myrtle Beach

One of the worst experience.. simply waste... The owner, the front desk everyone are total waste. They didn't even care about the guest, hotel room was pathetic. Booked 3 rooms, and no one slept in the night. Rooms are full of bugs, water leaking from the AC unit. Front Desk didn't care about anything, they said they can't do anything and no rooms available. If you like stay or you can leave. I have sent multiple emails, there is no response and no refund... Very bad... DONT EVER STAY IN THIS PLACE

This is a great place to stay. The staff especially Mrs. Phyllis was so helpful, telling us how to get around And Recommend great places to eat and shop. It was clean quite and we were able to relax. Thank you to the staff for working so hard in helping us out.

The absolute worst experience ever!! My son got a room there and the AC didn't work, bathroom was nasty and girl at the front desk was rude! He asked for a refund because they didn't fix the AC and wasn't going to stay in a hot room all week on vacation! She said she couldn't that night but come the next morning and they could. So, they stayed with us that night and we went back in the next morning for the refund. That woman first said no refunds! Then, finally said she would refund it back to booking and we would get an email!! Guess what, never got an email. Called booking and they haven't received anything!! They did not refund him!! Still working on trying to get his refund! He never even slept one night there at all!! We had to find him another place! This place is awful and the peopl

Front desk clerk, older white woman, is mean, and not nice at all. And they don't serve orange, apple or no juice at all for breakfast, not even water.. Just coffee.. It's only good to get a good night's sleep 😴
