Days Inn by Wyndham Mobile I-65

Room was full of bugs and both beds were covered in stains and bathroom door wouldn’t close. Walked in for 30 minutes and decided to cancel and book another hotel. Booked through booking.com and requested the refund through them as well as talking to the front desk who assured me there would be no dispute. 4 days later with no contact and no refund I called again and got the run around. I contacted booking.com who got called them and waited for a manager to respond to them as well. Just received an email stating they were not willing to refund the money. Disgusting place, insanely unorganized and ridiculously bad customer support from the management or lack there of. Will continue to push for a refund seeing how we couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 30 minutes without feeling dir

This was a terrible experience all around. I tried to check in at check in time and was told that my room was not ready. I waited 30 minutes and then checked in. There was garbage on the way to the room and when I got to the room the lock was held on by electrical tape. The inside lock was broken and the bed was not on the bed frame correctly. I went to the lobby the refuse the room and was given another room that stunk even though I was told it was a non-smoking room. I asked the manager to cancel my reservation and was told that she would because “I can’t handle this right now.” All of this took over an hour and a half because they only had one person working for most of the time. Terrible facilities and terrible customer service.

Positive: NOTHING!!! Filthy room, roach infested, filthy towels, Broken amenities, door lock broken so key card wouldn't work properly, breakfast could've been better, extremely noisy!! Had to change rooms 4 times due to rooms that hadn't even been cleaned. Negative: EVERYTHING: all around bad experience. Lots of auspicious looking men loitering around the property. It's VERY obvious that absolutely NO upkeep is being done at this property. Door DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY!!

My review is of a complaint regarding an unacceptable experience at Days Inn by Wyndham located in Mobile, Alabama, 700 W I65 Service Road on October 31, 2025. My sister decided upon this hotel because the conference we were attending was hosted there. I flew in from Chicago to meet her in her in Florida, so collectively we had traveled almost 10 hours, and by the time we arrived to the hotel, we just wanted to get checked in and rest. She paid for our reservation upon arrival, and upon entering the room, we were appalled by the conditions: • Visible roaches in the room • Rust-covered fixtures • A filthy ironing board and other unsanitary amenities We immediately returned to the front desk to request a refund. The staff was reluctant in processing the refund and after asking several time

The refrigerator was turned off, and the floor had a puddle of water.
