Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a great location however it is filthy dirty. I have stayed here multiple times due to the location and the fact that it’s dog friendly and even asked ahead of time that my room be checked for cleanliness. This last time it was disgustingly dirty and I ended up buying cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Floors were so dirty my mop was black, smelled like dog pee, remote control had something spilled on it, bathroom had grimy stuff in the tub and hair on the toilet seat. Shelf above the closet area was dirty when I wiped down the cloth was black. Towels were old and worn (bring your own!) and doors were dirty with black marks in the high touch areas. Positive: I love the bed and that’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel. It was also clean Negative: No TV. I’m alone on an overnight trip. Wanted to watch TV. It didn’t work. Front desk said I had to use the buttons on the side of the tv. Well it turned on but the up/down button for station change didn’t work so no TV. Probably because it’s cable tv?

Location & price was the reason we chose this motel but will not be staying here again for many reasons. The room was pretty spacious but extremely run down and the bedding was a joke. Fitted sheets were too small so we struggled to keep them on the mattress all night & the tiny “throw” pillows that they used as sleeping pillows were laughable. Towels were hard and scratchy and no hot water in the wayyyyy too tall sink. The paper thin walls were the cherry on the top as all we heard was the toaster & waffle iron dings from the breakfast bar in the room next to us. The “drapes” don’t cover the window so we had light beaming in our room ALL NIGHT from the lights outside. Will not be staying here again, was not a good experience!!

Stayed 2 nights with my spouse and dog. Pet fee is $20 a night. The staff were satisfactory. The location is great. On the main road and 2 blocks from the London Bridge and the water front. Breakfast was pretty good. That said its kind of a dirty place. Run down looking. Didnt sleep good at all. The cheap price is not worth the sacrifice of cleanliness and comfort.
