Days Inn by Wyndham Hutchinson

Our key cards hardly worked, they fixed it once but still had a ton of trouble getting into our room. Room was clean. Sheets and bedding were terribly stiff and scratchy. Mini-fridge was loud. We had a handicap accessible room, but the shower had a regular tub with a high step, making it un-useable due to the height. Also lack of grab bars by the toliet and shower wall making it hard for a person with mobility issues to get up. There was a portable shower bench provided but needed to be larger having one side over the tub in order to transfer over the large tub portion. Some staff were friendly others not so much. Breakfast was luke warm. Coffee could have been prepared more often. The restaurant attached wasn't great. Would pick a different place next time.

no hot tub or sauna small pool but kept really warm which was super nice. rooms are pretty nice basic hotel. unsure of what suites are like though.

The room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Place looks like it has been remodeled, a plus! Whoever did the remodel should be fired! Obvious water damage on second floor ceiling tiles, pool was overflowing on to carpet in hallways obviously mold in places. Fridge was loud, bathroom disgusting, fan didn’t work, whirlpool bathtub ya right, I’m not sitting it that, gap in bottom of doors that should be a fire safety issue. Was not impressed another 20% effort into finishing remodel I wouldn’t have went out my way to review. Definitely not worth what we paid!

Hotel room was dirty, especially the toilet, but also the fridge and floors needed to be cleaned. Bathroom door handle was falling off. Had to request a new room and it was not much better in terms of cleanliness. Air conditioner in 2nd room did not cool the room. Room was damp and musty smelling. Main door stuck and had to be shoved hard to be opened. Microwave was dirty. Ceiling by vending machine was dripping. At least the breakfast room was clean. We had stayed in the past and had a good experience, but after this stay we will not book this hotel again.
