7-Hi Budget Motel

Great family owned business, owners are great. I feel like any of the bad reviews are from anyone pre-renovation, but the rooms are spacious and the TVs are bigger than any 5 star hotel I’ve ever been to. Owners go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are cozy and give a homey feel. Quiet throughout the night and no disturbances.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM ONLINE AT THIS MOTEL!! I booked online through TripAdvisor/Orbitz. When I got to the motel, they told me that the previous owner stole all of their computers, credit card machines, etc, and that they had no record of my booking. They then had to call another place to charge my credit card since they didn't have a credit card machine on-site. ||||When we got to our room, the room stunk of bleach and some old, rotting smell that the bleach couldn't quite cover up. The toilet didn't flush. There was food and drinks in the fridge as if someone had been living there. There was no remote for the tv. Two of the pillows did not have pillowcases - one of those pillows had blood on it and the other was dirty. There was no top sheet on the bed, so nothing to separate mysel

Very helpful staff! Responded quickly to requests. Nicely located next to the Elks lodge. Rooms were clean and well lit. We had 2 full-size beds in the room. Not sure what else may be available. Only drawback was Environmental controls were not in same room. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent help, friendly owners, clean as ever!! And no bugs. There's heat n hot water!!! Can't beat it... definitely a great stay and not bad on the price.... definitely will be back Thanks...and thanks for the help with my car!!!! Definitely a 10 star if I could give it....

They are now in the process of remodeling so there are a limited number of rooms available. The new rooms are nice. My only complaint is that the new pillows are too thick and firm. Not a good sleeping pillow. There wasn't any soap but I didn't notice that until 1 AM. The internet is super fast. I was getting well over 1.5 mps, sometimes up to 2.0, if that's your thing. For $63 with tax, I won't hesitate to return.
