Days Inn by Wyndham Gettysburg

3.5 stars. The breakfast is great. The breakfast attendants are very nice. I would say that this hotel is suitable for a 1-2 night stay during the week. There are no dressers in the room for clothes so, staying multiple nights and wanting to unpack is challenging. The hotel is in need of a professional deep cleaning. Not just the daily clean but a true professional deep clean. I thought this may have been a budget friendly hotel but, the weekend rate is the same or within $20 a night of hotels that are much newer and have better offerings. We paid over $440 for Fri and Saturday nights stay. If the Days Inn lowered their price, I could get behind it being a budget friendly option. Everything was so perfect! Water pressure was GREAT! Plenty of hot water! Clean as clean can be. Wonderful pillows. Excellent towels. Friendly staff. Our new most favorite place to stay.

Excellent clean hotel. Our room was immaculate. Quiet location right next to several good restaurants. Very close to the Gettysburg National Military Park and Aldi High Rock Park in Maryland. Highly recommend!!

I’ll give them a one. We got adjoining rooms and when we got to the rooms the one bathroom was filthy upon check-in Went to the front desk who moved us to new rooms. When we got to the new room it has big bugs in it. Breakfast both mornings had an sig up that they were “out” of sausage. They were out, they never had it. TV WiFi services was iffy at best. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When I emailed the hotel later I was told that the bugs were probably stink bugs. They were not. Looked more like small roaches. They stated they were in the process of changing their menu so had no meat to offer. They also stated that they were changing from their dish service. No apologies nothing. Guests should have been informed about the supposed changes at least at check in. Very disappoi
