Positive: You get what you pay for. Not the best but not the worst. It gave more of a motel vibe. Bathroom was a little dirty. Hair in the tub and sink. Weird smell in room. Not close to anything. Only reason I booked was for the airport shuttle. Negative: ""

The rooms are well kept and beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They held our luggage since our flight arrived so early to give us freedom to explore a little. And when our room was accidentally booked for a smoking room the worked to arrange us into a non-smoking room. Though not too close to anything, the bus stop is right out front and made it easy to access where we wanted to go.

This location isn't the Taj Mahal, but it provided everything we needed. The rooms are outside rooms which isn't so great, there's a noisy railroad nearby, which isn't so great, but I gave them 5 stars because the room was super clean and the service was better than good, we had a quiet room on the back side of the motel. They provided complimentary on demand shuttle service to and from the airport. All for a good price. That was everything I needed.

The first red flag should have been when my Uber driver warned me about this place. Upon arriving for check-in at the normal 3:00 PM time, I was informed my room would not be ready for another 2–3 hours. The staff member who spoke with me offered no apology or explanation, which I found unprofessional. After calling the hotel three hours later to check on the status of my room, the woman on the phone responded dismissively, stating, “yeah I heard you,” which was both rude and unhelpful. When I finally accessed the room (mind you, 1/2 elevators were broken), the conditions were deplorable: brown and clear stains were visible on the sheets of one of the beds; there were brown smears on the bathroom walls; mold was present around the shower drain; floors had not been swept; the non-smoking r

Beware! This was a nightmare!!! After getting off a cruise, we were stranded due to the blizzard in NYC. All hotels in the area were booked, therefore we booked with Days Inn. Very filthy place. Customer service was horrible. Our key card stopped working numerous times while staff was unfazed. Our guardian angel was Yuris, he was extremely helpful and managed to get us into our room. I am asmatic and had an asthma attack due to the strong smell of weed. Our room had a very strong smell of cigarettes. To top it off we found pubic hair on the sheets!!! This is a ⚠️ warning!
