Days Inn by Wyndham Canton

I would come back here again if I needed a hotel in Canton. Their prices on Valentines Day did not increase that much yet one of their neighboring hotels was charging at least $25+ each night. Canton does not have anything besides these motel style lodging so that does limit you on finding anything overly great. This place is definitely an old building they're trying to take care of. It did get a remodel so it is up to date the best it can be. My biggest complaint was our ac didn't work hardly at all and I did not get a chance to report it on our way out. The windows do open and it was cool over night so we went to buy a fan and had the windows open. The room was mostly clean but the shower curtain could have been replaced and wash thoroughly. Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and very nice!! The swimming pool was very relaxing and the rooms were very clean! Negative: The air conditioner sounded like it was dying and did die just before we left!

Breakfast was very lacking. Had to dine out to get a decent breakfast. Stay was 3 nights but had 2 towels and 1 supply of shampoo/conditioner. Room was never refreshed with those items. Traffic noise from street was loud. Toilet seat was broken - husband repaired it. Toilet was not secured to the floor and wobbled when used. Not impressed for the price.

(Delayed review sorry) Requested a room by the pool, it was perfect due to the summer time. Room is very clean and well maintained. The entire hotel staff is extremely pleasant and takes great care of the property. Would definitely recommend!
