Days Inn by Wyndham Batesville

Positive: The location Negative: I asked for a room with a refrigerator and microwave due to having a 2 month old baby with conditions that require his milk to be refrigerated and then warmed up. The first time I stayed there was neither. This time I stayed it was there but neither work.

The staff was very nice and professional. The room was old and worn. The lamp flickered, the thermostat was hanging crooked off the wall, and the door was difficult to open and close. The door lock was loose and the door would give about a quarter inch while it was locked.

The sheets are stained and it shows typical wear and tear for a Motel not a hotel. Staff is awesome and the breakfast is either a bagel, small muffin, and cold cereal. Not hot food items except for motel coffee or a toaster for your bagel. Better than nothing.

The room was dirty. It smelled like weed. The mirror was busted. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. There were cigarette ashes in the toilet. The telephone was busted to the point you couldn't call the front desk if you wanted to. And it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Okay

Don’t do it. Go ahead and pay more-it’ll be worth it. It’s a motel with doors outside, and our key opened our door and the neighboring rooms. The 1st room we got had no working tv. The second room had tv, but the bedspread was filthy (crusty stains) and there was hair (not mine) on the sheet. I asked them to change them. If we could have found another place to stay we would have. No bath mat or rails- my older father slipped and fell. Very unsafe. The bathroom wall was moldy. Pretty much one of the sketchiest places I’ve stayed. The girl working was sweet and I felt sorry for her. The people in line ahead of me demanded a refund and left. Just say no.
