Came here to stay to help this town and the surrounding towns after the ice storm and everyone of the works at the front desk are very very rude and hateful especially the pregnant girl that wanted to accuse us of having a dog and we told her to look at the cameras and look and see if we ever had a dog and the pregnant girl refused and started talking disrespectful tords us like we did something wrong by asking her to look back at the cameras witch she never did but she faked a phone call to us acting like she was corporate witch we called the corporate number and they didn't know anything about the phone call and oh pregnant girl called and told us that since we wrote a real honest review about there actions that she wasn't going to let us extend our stay there with 5 rooms just because w

Friendly customer service at front desk. Sha was great upon arrival. All front desk personnel were great. House Keeping personnel were awesome. The lady cooking breakfast very friendly. Our room and bathroom was clean. The elevator needs some PM. Overall we would stay again.

This is a nice property poorly managed. The rooms were ok, but a long list of minor problems made it clear that something is wrong. They were out of soap! In a fairly long life I have stayed in some real dumps. They all had soap! And the key cards didn’t work on the exterior doors. And the fridge in the breakfast room was broken. And so on. You can do better.

The management is the truly most unpleasant , unprofessional I've encountered in my very many hotels while I travel extensively. Unfortunately the unpleasant , rude , no respect of management trickles down to her whole crew, check-in to cleaners are tainted by the atmosphere management seems to prefer

We stayed on 3/17/25 for one night. The king room was spacious and clean. |The employees were not friendly for the most part. |When we arrived the check in , the employee at the front desk acted like she did not even want to be there. |They advertise a hot breakfast until 9 am, however, when we got there the next morning at 8:20 am, there were a few bites of the sausage pieces left and no eggs in the containers. They had a few bagels and pieces of white bread but no muffins, danishes or donuts. Thru did have a waffle maker but we just don’t care for those personally. |There was not an employee in the breakfast area so I went to the front desk to ask if more food would be put out.|The employee was sitting behind the desk with her rollator( walker) next to her and looking at her phone and pl
